Mindfulness & Well-being Retreat – Friday 18th May

It’s time for you to park the daily life you juggle and spend time in a beautiful setting, unwinding and discovering new wellness strategies.

Our emotional needs play a critical part in how we feel, yet they are often ignored.  We will explore why we can experience stress, anxiety, worry and sometimes just feel overwhelmed with life.  And more importantly, we’ll help you discover ways to gain more control and to feel calm facing the demands of life.  You will leave the Retreat feeling calm, rested and more resilient with strategies to enhance your sense of well-being.

Lisa and Barbara have nearly forty years’ experience between them helping to improve lives by working with psychological issues, conflict resolution, mediation, mindfulness and restorative processes.

This retreat will benefit anyone who would like to enhance their sense of ‘thriving’ either for themselves or others they care about.
