This will be a small informal group where you will learn how to take control of your life to enhance your well-being.

- You will discover the role of our emotional needs and the importance of meeting them
- You will learn techniques to strengthen your well-being and resilience
Our tutors, Lisa and Barbara have nearly forty years’ experience between them helping to improve lives by working with psychological issues, conflict resolution, mediation, mindfulness and restorative processes.
This retreat will benefit anyone who would like to enhance their sense of ‘thriving’ either for themselves or others they care about.
